Well equipped condo - perfect for a few days family ski trip. Excellent location, close to all the dining and entertainment Bethel has to offer.

We enjoyed working with the folks at Maine Ski Lodging. They were courteous, very prompt in answering questions, and helpful when we ran into a slight problem with our unit. (There was only one set of sheets provided for a pull out, but the unit had two pull outs. We asked for a 2nd set of sheets on the morning of day 2 and got them by lunchtime that day.)

We enjoyed White Cap A-104. The unit is really cute - we liked all of the ski-themed decorations. The black out curtains are great. It was clean, which is really important to us. It was mostly comfortable, with the exception of the sofa bed. The sofa was in kind of rough shape and the bed part was slanted at the top so my son kept sliding down the bed. If I could change only one thing about the unit, it would be that sofa bed. The pull out loveseat was in better shape and more comfortable and the actual bed in the bedroom was better than my bed at home. We liked being on the ground floor. When the weather was nice, we used the porch area to enter and exit the unit. And of course, it was great to be slope side.

Great flow of communication for what to expect and expectations.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids at this property and it was the perfect layout! Everyone had a comfortable area to sleep and play. The location is close to the mountain but quiet. The outdoor firepit + hot tub were big hits, and the home was outfitted well with everything we would need to keep it clean and organized.

Super great that they came over immediately to replenish the coffee.

Your team was very prompt is answering our text messages. They were also very nice to let us check in very early so we had a place to park and put on our ski gear.

We have stayed at Sunrise twice and have greatly enjoyed our experience. Both times were for ski vacations. We love the very easy access to the slopes/lifts. The rooms are well appointed and clean as well stocked with necessities to make your visit feel like home. We will be back next year.

Very clean upon arrival, easy check in process. Well equipped property, large farm style table exceeded our expectations, extremely rooming with 2 different sitting areas.

We booked this location for a family ski trip to Sunday River Ski Resort. Excellent location. Less than 10 minutes from the resort (good weather and normal driving conditions). The property management left the lights on for us-which was so nice because we arrived much later than expected. Super clean!! The home is adequately equipped for cooking meals, having some good quality family time, very quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting. Beds are comfortable-a little firm, but not super firm (you dont roll to the middle like some beds do). The bottom floor bedroom has a king size bed (two twins together) and the top two queens. So much natural sunlight in the morning and day! If you want cozy, quiet, spacious, and clean accommodations this is it. We very much appreciate the home being shared for others and had a wonderful trip with our family.

The best part about this unit is the location!! Having a ski in/ski out made the trip very enjoyable for us. Check in and check out was all very easy. The condo had what we needed, was clean, and good enough for our needs.

Great condo for a bigger family. Our family of 6 had plenty of room! Location is so convenient for the little ones being on South Ridge. All the necessities were provided. Would definitely book again!
