Fantastic location in a well equipped and clean one bedroom unit. Ski lockers for guest and ability to continue to utilize parking lot on day of departure to allow a full day of skiing was great.

This was a great spot to spend a few days. We were able to walk to the brewery for dinner, and spent a bit of time in the hot tub when rain made the skiing less fun. Comfortable furniture. Very hot upstairs but the supplied fans made a huge difference. Nice little balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our group!

The communications from Maine Ski Lodging Co. was excellent. The team member who handled by call to reserve was pleasant and helpful. The subsequent informational emails were clear and well-timed.

The property is perfectly located for ski-in ski-out convenience. The heated pool and hot tub are the cherry on top of a great day of skiing.

This is a cute property with easy access to the slopes. Convenient lockers. Put your skis on and ski a short distance to the lift. Several breweries nearby. Everyone in the building, renters and owners, were very friendly. Two thumbs up.

A cozy condo in a great location! We had a great stay and would definitely rent with Maine Ski Lodging again they make the whole process so easy! We did find the walls of this condo to be thin and the floors to be quite creaky though. The kitchen could also use a refresh, but we didnt mind as we did little cooking during our short stay. Otherwise, it met our needs for our weekend ski trip and we definitely appreciated the ease of a ski in/ski out condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Brookside. Nicely maintained unit with ease of access to White Cap.

We very appreciated being able to get in to the unit early when we arrived sooner than expected to beat a storm. Replies were quick and helpful!

Such a wonderful place! It could not have been easier to check in/out and being steps to the lifts was incredible! Definitely will be renting again in the future!

The check in process and house rules were clearly communicated to us through email.

Overall great experience! Condo is in a very convenient spot located by the main ski lifts, condo was well equipped, and parking was easy. Would highly recommend staying here

Our little studio was an excellent and efficient space for a party of four friends on a ski weekend. The loft was spotless, had comfortable beds and a nice shower. Its a pretty fully stocked kitchen too. We liked using the toaster oven that was kept in the kitchen closet. The manager was also able to let us in early when we arrived ahead of a snow storm. I was very happy with our stay.

House was clean, spacious and was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. Great location, only 15 minutes from Sunday River. Great hot tub and a big deck! The master bedroom is HUGE! We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for a group ski weekend with friends. The house is brand new and immaculately clean. Its comfortable and spacious and a close drive to the mountain. It has everything you need and it was just perfect. It was nice being a few miles away from the bustle of the resort and we liked coming back to the house after a long day of skiing. Looking forward to coming back again. Although we dont have children, this would be a great house to rent with kids as there are two bunk rooms down below that can sleep an extra 6 people!

Wonderful stay in an incredibly kid friendly environment. The pool and the hot tub were a huge plus and the condo is right on the slopes. Look forward to repeating the experience again next year!

Nice place, clean, and very convenient to Sunday River. Great host interaction as far as I am concerned. Well equipped, spacious enough for the 4 of us, and would definitely return. The only thing worth mentioning is that the upper bedroom is really a loft, not a true bedroom. This was a bit of a surprise to us, but by no means a deal breaker.

Its all about the location! You cant be closer to South Base Lodge! Ski in ski out! Condo was great, exactly like the pictures. The overall building is exactly as I remember as a child visiting in the 90s, which means some of the decor is looking a bit dated but, its been kept clean which is all thats important. Clear instructions and easy checkin process. Condo was well stocked with plenty of towels. Thanks for the great week! Super fast replies on all questions! Would def rent from Maine Ski Lodging again.
