Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.

Ski in, ski out! Walkable to foggy goggle and definitive brewing. 2-5 minute drive to other bars/restaurants. On south ridge for night skiing, so you can ski in and ski out for night skiing too! Indoor poor and hot tub for families.

A-124 is a cozy and comfortable unit, but the sleeping accommodations need to be upgraded. Since all family members sleep in the same room, having a very old and creaky box spring on the queen mattress woke all 4 of us up several times each night.

Location was phenomenal! Condo building is on a main trail right by one of the base lodges and lifts. Also the lifts right by the unit are the only lifts running at night, so it was easy to pop back out for some night skiing. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and well appointed. As the pictures and description shows, its small and has one bathroom. We were a family of four with two teenagers and it was a little tight. A couple or family with small children would be perfect. That said, it was more than worth it for the location to ski trails and with the pool and game room in the building.

Its all about the location! You cant be closer to South Base Lodge! Ski in ski out! Condo was great, exactly like the pictures. The overall building is exactly as I remember as a child visiting in the 90s, which means some of the decor is looking a bit dated but, its been kept clean which is all thats important. Clear instructions and easy checkin process. Condo was well stocked with plenty of towels. Thanks for the great week! Super fast replies on all questions! Would def rent from Maine Ski Lodging again.
