Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

Great slopeside condo. I have stayed at Brookside many times, and they are the same layout. This location is much better, so close to the South Ridge Lodge. I had my three young kids with me and we were able to ski right to the easier trails, and walk to the lodge for fireworks at night.

The woman I checked in with at the store was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire process was so easy. The man at the front desk of the entry area of the condo was also very pleasant and relaxed. Great vibes all around.

We stayed at the cascades condos for spring fest weekend, and kicking the week off being a short walk away from beer fest in the south ridge lodge was more than perfect. Cascades is such a convenient place to stay that I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the mountain.
