Located on the Sunday River Road, just under 2 miles from Sunday River Resort, the popular Riverbend Condominiums offer an appealing post and beam architectural style and open floor plan. This single level one bedroom unit is 620 square feet and has a private bedroom on the first floor in addition to a futon and sleep sofa in the living area. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

This was the perfect place for a ski getaway at Sunday River. Enough space for a family of 4. Clean and plenty of towels, blankets, and everything you need in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again next ski season!

Being very close to the main Sunday River Road which gave us quick access to the front side of Sunday River and its race venue at Barker Mountain Lodge. Close by are a few restaurants, bars, small market, and a couple of sports shops. The town of Bethel was about 15 minutes away where you can get access a laundromat, pharmacy, and full grocery store. The condo itself had all the conveniences a family could use for making breakfast, lunch, and dinner in while having close access to adventure.

Great place to stay that is close to Sunday River. Had a mudroom entrance way for my ski gear and the apt had everything you could want for a week/weekend stay at Sunday River. Will be back again.
