The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is an updated modern farmhouse style home tucked away just off Main st in Bethel. From this property you will be able to walk to all village amenities like shops, cafes and restaurants. Tastefully furnished with the ability to sleep eight, this rare village rental is a great option to spend your vacation in the mountains. Enter the home through a covered porch, to find a substantial kitchen with mud room for ample gear storage. The cozy living room is a great place to relax after a day spent in the mountains. Gather around the dining table in the beautiful dining room to catch up on the day's events. Head upstairs to find the four bedrooms, for everyone to have their own place to sleep.  

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Coffee / Coffee Maker
Combination drip/K-Cup coffee maker is provided. A startup supply of coffee/filters are provided. Bringing additional coffee/filters is recommended.

Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made. 


Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video. Camera(s) are installed primarily as a theft deterrent but may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Security camera(s) are not continuously monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.
