Description
This classic New England style ski chalet is walking distance to the South Ridge base lodge at Sunday River Resort and offers unparalleled views of the slopes. The easily accessed finished lower level is great for storing all your gear and offers entertainment options for everyone. The open floorplan main level features a cozy woodstove, 2 bedrooms, full bath, cathedral ceilings and is a great spot to relax and unwind after a day on the mountain. The outdoor recessed hot tub, accessed just off the main level, is an unbeatable place to view the fireworks before ending the day. Upstairs you'll find a spacious primary suite complete with king sized bed and private bathroom. The Sunday River Village Chalet is a great spot to start new family traditions and make unforgettable memories.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker is provided. Bringing K-Cups is recommended.

Seasonal (November 1 - April 30)
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

I have had the pleasure of working wit Matt for two years. The first was when the pandemic first started in March of 2020. We were only able to ski one day and Sundayriver closed the mountain. Although we lost money on our Threedom passes, Matt was quick to respond and refunded our money on the rental property the next day. His quick response and action was very much appreciated.

This house was fantastic. Location cannot be beat - views of the mountain are stunning and we had the opportunity to watch fireworks from the hot tub - an experience our kids have been talking about since we left! The house was so clean and spacious with something for everyone, including a great game room for the kids. The entry/mud room made getting ready and coming home from skiing a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were games to last a week! The decor was awesome and beds were super comfy for a tired crew after skiing. Would recommend highly!!

This is a very nice option for staying at Sunday River. Well located (5-10 min walk to the slopes, or a 2 min drive), plenty of space, wonderful hot tub, well equipped kitchen, and a cozy wood stove - we enjoyed it very much!

We were up early for skiing but we enjoyed our nights at the Sunday river ski chalet with the hot tub. We were looking at many other mountains but this one for sure was a great house and we shared a lot of memories and we even decided to do an annual ski trip now! We really enjoyed it! Thank you! Easy check in and check out, good communication and instructions, quickly fixed a small problem we had.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was great - a quick walk up the street to get onto a green run down to the lodge, or a short walk down the street to a shortcut to the lodge parking lot. Wifi and TV worked well, and the house had lots of items to keep the kids busy in the evenings such as pool table and board games. Check in/check out was also easy.
