Seasonal rentals are typically five months with a flexible term generally from mid-November - mid-April.

- Rent: $20,000 / season
- Lodging Tax: 9% (unless used for verified employment purposes)
- Security Deposit: $500
- Post-Stay Cleaning: $200
- Utilities: propane, electric, cable, internet, plowing
