Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Clean unit with excellent ski on/ski off access. Nice and quiet too. Many ski condos we have stayed at had very thin walls and we could hear everything from the surrounding units. This spot was cozy and quiet. I liked that I could simply look out the window and see my family coming down the mountain to the South Ridge Lodge.

Perfect spot for ski in/off at Sunday River. Small but just enough space for the 4 of us since we skied all day. Great view (3rd floor) of slopes & Saturday night fireworks. Lots of stairs but worth the view & worth not having guests above you. Im sure having pool & common are will be great after pandemic. Had all the stuff we needed in kitchen. Pull out could have been more comfortable & a king bed vs queen. Will stay there again.
