Description
Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.

Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

This unit is great for a family of four or five. Our kids liked the bunk beds and there is a third bed in that room. There is shampoo/conditioner waiting and plenty of towels. I didnt see the pool. The mountain is great, big and spread out so no crowd even on the Saturday we stayed. Ski In/out is very easy from these condos; great location. The unit could use new carpets and the queen bedroom is next to the stairs so a little noisy. But other than that, great ski pad.

This condo works well for a ski getaway and Sunday River is a great ski destination. The condo listing is very accurate and the management company responded quickly whenever we texted with a question. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, as was the ski in/ski out location.

Just bring you food and you are all set! Convenient located at the resort. Small but our for our family of 5 was more than enough. The kids were very sad that we couldnt use the pool at this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was fantastic all beds were comfy. Myself and 3 others stayed at the condo and we couldnt fault it the ski in ski out was fantastic. The view out of the window on to the slops was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were a great relaxer ar the end of a hard days skiing.

The condo unit is conveniently located by the South Ridge lodge making it easily accessible to the chondola lift. Its a small unit but our family of five were comfortable and had everything we needed over our stay. The condo was clean with plenty of towels and extra bedding. Great location and ease of booking and check in makes this a winner.

We had never stayed on a ski property before and it was wonderful to have direct access to an easy trail and down to the main mountain to get our tickets. It was clean and well appointed for our purposes.

Sunrise A122 was a nice property for 2 adults that like to eat in. It is well placed on the Easy Street trail, which gave immediate access to the South Ridge Lodge. We would stay there again.
