Description
With just over 50 units spread across two separate buildings, White Cap Village condos offer the distinct advantage of a slopeside location. Choose from either a one-bedroom/one-bath unit accommodating 4-6 guests (depending on the specific unit) or a spacious three-bedroom/two-bath unit that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Since each unit is individually owned, there may be slight differences in their furnishings and amenities. Building amenities include an inviting outdoor heated pool, a generously sized hot tub, a relaxing sauna, and a spacious common room complete with a cozy fireplace. Positioned along the Roadrunner trail, White Cap's ski-in/ski-out units provide convenient access to both the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges, where an array of activities and dining options await.
Linens
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and startup supply of coffee/filters are provided. Bringing additional coffee/filters is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

Although it's listed as "Ski Lodging", we were there for a week at the end of July / early August, and did everything but ski. The location is perfect to explore western Maine. The condo is compact, but well supplied for us to cook and relax.

The White Cap condos are a perfect location to stay when skiing Sunday River. You can ski right from your condo down to a lift and end the day by skiing back to your condo. In the afternoon, it is a short walk to the Shipyard BrewHouse to hangout by the fire pit. The condos offer everything you need to help make your stay great.
